Will have (44) rental rooms, swimming pool onto of casino. Marina has access to the main peninsula lagoon and sea. The marina will have (53) – (55) boat slips for sale with pre-sale prices now of $ 50,000 US each. Slips measure (14 ‘x 38’). A few will be larger. This resort is also the location of the popular HOBBS Brewery in Placencia.
